There shouldn't be a "'" in "Bros", and there should be a period after it. The Fire Flower graphics look really strange, too. The palette is awkward, and it really looked like Samus' ship in a stem for me at first. O_o
It shoud be "See this vine?", not "See this vine.", I don't think there shoudl be a "it" after "climb up" there, and there should be a "," after "Great".
In the screen with two Snifits in a little passage, I don't see the need for the vine. It seems really randomly placed. On the second-to-last screen, that orange could be toned down a bit. And in the last screen, I assume that line is a platform, which looks odd. If it's not a platform, then what is it?
As for the Overworld, the desert portion looks really square, and the cliffs could use some more decoration.
There aren't any more problems.

I have a little problem with the overworld. It'd be nice if you made a river across the land that connected to the waterfall. Otherwise, it just looks very awkwards.
